HYROX Simulation Day
About This Competition
- Registration from 07:15 for anyone in the 08:00-08:30 heats
- Aiming for the first heat set off time on the day will be 08:00
- 1-2 Individuals / Groups will set off every 6-8 minutes
- You will be given your time slots closer to the event.
- Upon registration, your 5km time and any previous Hyrox simulation times / Official Hyrox event finishing times are greatly appreciated as helps us provide the best experience for you on the day.
