About This Competition

COMPLETE Habits GRIND (2026)

What is it?

COMPLETE Habits GRIND is a structured nutrition + lifestyle program built to kickstart body composition and basic habit goals—and help you create momentum that carries through all of 2026.

This is a tough, but reasonable approach that’s highly effective for all levels, because it focuses on doing the basics consistently: the COMPLETE 8 Foundational Habits, daily tracking, coaching support, and group accountability.

Led by Zac & Whitney Zuspann

Expect a clear plan and straightforward coaching focused on adherence, consistency, and accountability.

What’s included

  • 2 InBody Assessments (a $50 value)
  • Accountability group placement
  • Private GRIND FB group
  • Daily habit tracking + points
  • Coaching support and check-ins throughout
  • Prizes + winners

Winners will take home big prizes and will be determined by:

InBody results (progress made)

ON-RAMP WEEK
Monday, January 26 – Sunday, February 1

  • Virtual kick-off meeting
  • Join the Habits GRIND FB Group
  • Form personal accountability groups
  • Setup + education on the COMPLETE 8 habits
  • Simple game plan so you hit Day 1 ready

30-DAY PROGRAM

Monday, February 2 – Tuesday, March 3

  • Track points daily by completing the COMPLETE 8
  • Accountability + coaching support
  • Stay consistent, stack wins, build habits that last into 2026

EXIT / RETEST WEEK
Tuesday, March 3 – Sunday, March 8

  • Complete your second InBody assessment
  • Final point tally
  • Winners announced
  • Carry these habits forward through 2026
