BATTLE AND BARBECUE 2025!
Som mange allerede ved, løber årets B&BBQ af stablen d. 31/5!
Men hvad er det nu lige at Battle and Barbecue er?
Jo, nu skal du høre! Battle and Barbecue er Aarhus Crossfits årlige interne crossfit konkurrence og sommerfest. Traditionen tro dyster vi i løbet af dagen mod hinanden i velgennemtænkte workouts, som ALLE uanset niveau kan være med på. Efter en hel dag med crossfit, bliver der så i løbet af eftermiddagen tændt op i grillen, hvor man kan lave mad og naturligvis drikke øl. Dagen konkluderes med sommerfest i boxen, som plejer at være både hyggelig og utrolig farverig!
I år vil der være plads til 30 hold bestående af 2 mænd og 2 kvinder. Der må max være 1 Instruktør/K-hold/talentholds deltager OG max 1 receptionist/handyman/rengøring per hold.
