MOVEMENT STANDARDS & DIVISION REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure fair and competitive heats, athletes should select a division based on the movements they can confidently complete. Below are the minimum movement expectations for each division. While weights, reps, and combinations may vary in the workouts, athletes should expect to see any of the following during competition.

🔵 RX Division (Advanced Athletes)
Athletes in this division should have a well-rounded CrossFit background and be comfortable performing higher-skill gymnastics and heavier barbell loads under fatigue.

Expected Movements:

Double Unders
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Bar Muscle-Ups & Ring Muscle-Ups
Handstand Push-Ups (Kipping & Strict)
Handstand Walks
Toe-to-Bar
Pistols (Single Leg Squats)
Rope Climbs (15 ft)
Dumbbell Movements: up to 70/50 lb
Box Jumps: 30/24"

Olympic Lifting:
– Snatch: up to 185/125 lb
– Clean & Jerk: up to 245/165 lb

🟡 Scaled/Masters Division
Ideal for athletes with solid fundamentals and moderate experience with barbell and gymnastic skills.

Expected Movements:

Double Unders (Single Unders may be used as scaling options in workouts)
Pull-Ups
Toes-to-Bar
Knee-to-Elbows
Wall Walks
Rope Climbs (may include scaled variations)

Olympic Lifting:
– Snatch: up to 135/95 lb
– Clean & Jerk: up to 185/125 lb

Dumbbell Movements: up to 50/35 lb
Box Jumps/Step-Ups: 24/20"

🟢Rookie Division
This division is for newer athletes that have been doin CrossFit less than 2 years. You’ll still get a great workout and fun competition, without the higher-level movements.

Expected Movements:

Single Unders
Jumping Pull-Ups / Ring Rows
Hanging Knee Raises
Sit-Ups
Push-Ups / Hand-Release Push-Ups
Wall Walks (Scaled)
Dumbbell Movements: up to 35/20 lb
Box Step-Ups (24/20")

Olympic Lifting:
– Snatch: up to 95/65 lb
– Clean & Jerk: up to 115/75 lb
