North Texas Spring Fling 2025
About This Competition
This is an individual Rx or Scaled competition located in Rhome, TX, just 10 minutes west of Texas Motor Speedway!
Join us at CrossFit OYL in our huge, brand new facility as we get ready to take on hosting our SECOND public competition. We've run awesome 30 team in-house competitions for 5+ years now, had a VERY successful Rhome Gladiator Games team competition back in October, and are excited to share our space with the local CrossFit community.
Divisions include Male RX, Female RX, Male Scaled, & Female Scaled.
Competition will include 3 guaranteed, fully scored workouts, and a 4th workout final for top individuals only.
Register to guarantee yourself a t-shirt ends March 28th.
No refunds will be issues for any reason (other than event cancellation). If you are unable compete for whatever reason, you may find a substitute to transfer your ticket to, but you may not switch divisions.
