WELCOME!  to the biggest & most anticipated event in the Caribbean! 

November 7 - 9th, 2025

Registration Opens  

July 11th at 2pm until September 30th at 11:59pm

Below are the divisions you can be part of: 

MASTERS 35-39 (20 Males, 10 Females)

MASTERS 40-44 (20 Males, 10 Females)

MASTERS 45-49 (20 Males, 10 Females)

MASTERS 50+ (20 Males, 10 Females)

ELITE (40 Males, 20 Females)

RX (40 Males, 20 Females)

INTERMEDIATE (40 Males, 30 Females)

SCALED (40 Males, 40 Females)

BEGINNER (40 Males, 40 Females)

ADAPTIVE UPPER (5 Males, 5 Females)

ADAPTIVE LOWER (5 Males, 5 Females)

ADAPTIVE NEURO (5 Males, 5 Females)

ADAPTIVE SEATED (5 Males, 5 Females)

FLOW:

  • Atletas comienzan detrás de la línea de inicio detrás de su barra.
  • A la cuenta de 3,2,1 Go: el atleta empieza su primer set de shuttle runs
  • Una vez culminados los shuttle runs el atleta mirando al frente de la pista(face to face) se dispone a hacer su primeras 3 repeticiones de squat clean
  • Una vez terminen sus squat cleans el atleta debe avanzar el chest piece.
  • Luego se dirige a hacer su segunda secuencia de shuttle runs
  • Una vez terminen sus shuttle runs el atleta se irá a la barra para realizar su segunda secuencia de squat clean.
  • Una vez terminada la secuencia de squat clean el atleta moverá el chestpiece por última vez dirigiéndose a realizar su última secuencia de shuttle runs.
  • Una vez termine se última secuencia de shuttle runs el atleta se dirige a la barra para hacer la última secuencia de squat clean.
  • Una vez termina su última repetición de squat clean el atleta pasa por encima de la barra y cruza la línea de finish line.
