CFSB Fitness Fest
About This Competition
CFSB Is excited to host a same sex partner competition on November 15th! There will be 2 divisions - RX and Open with movements and standards aligned with those typically found in the Open. If you are 50+ in either division there will be concessions made for load and advanced gymastics again as you would expect to see in the Open.
We will release more details and tease workouts as we get closer to the event but we promise a challenging competition and a whole lot of good vibes!
Indoor warm up area will be available, food truck onsite and prizes will be announced closer to the event date.
Entry fee includes T Shirt, professional photos and a cash prize for winning RX teams.

We welcome all athletes to compete. Trans and nonbinary athletes are encouraged to choose a partner and division based on the standards that best align with their current skill and ability level.
