About This Competition
Three Hammers Running Era Challenge
21 Days. Teams of 3. Run hard. Train harder.
Join our gym-wide challenge where you and your teammates log as many miles as possible over 21 days — but there’s a catch: the gym isn’t optional. To earn full points, you’ll need to keep the “baton” moving with daily runs AND stay consistent with your THT workouts.
With bonus points for sunrise miles, gym check-ins, team runs, and more, it’s all about building habits, supporting each other, and pushing your limits — inside and outside the gym.

How Teams Earn Points
Teams earn points by logging miles, staying consistent, and racking up bonuses!
Every mile = 1 point (must log as “Run” on Strava)
Bonus points for:
Sunrise runs (before 6:30 AM) = +2 points
Running together = Double the points (e.g. 2 runners x 3 miles = 12 points)
Fastest 5K (per team, resets weekly) = +10 points
5 gym check-ins per week = +5 points per person
Run + gym check-in on the same day = +3 points (max 3x/week)
Balanced week (3+ runs & 2+ check-ins) = +5 points per person
Avoid penalties by keeping the “baton” moving (running daily) and checking in at the gym at least twice a week!
