The Amsterdam Throwdown 2025 Qualifier
Athletes have to earn their spot for Amsterdam greatest and biggest stage in 2 online qualification WODs.
This qualification assures that only the best will make it into The Amsterdam Throwdown Finals!

Team: You will do the qualifier individual and the combine score of the 4 members is the team score. Athletes can register for both individual and teams. When you manage to qualify for finals in both divisions you must choose to either participate in the individual or team division at finals registration.

Important note: During the 2min interval there is a minimum work requirement. The athlete has to finisch at least the ROW, Burpees and Pull-ups.
In the final block you finish the 44 DEVIL PRESSES. There is NO TIME CAP!

Finishes 22 devil presses in block 1 (4min)
Finishes 12 devil presses in block 2 (3min)
Finishes 0 devil presses in block 3 (2min)
Therefore after the first three blocks they still have to do 9 devil presses and it takes them 2:33min
