About This Competition
This team of 2 competition will feature teams of same sex pairs in the following divisions: RX, Intermediate, Masters 35-44, 45-54 & 55+ !
On competition day you can expect a minimum of 2 scheduled workouts with 2 floater workouts(complete anytime within 1 hour before/afrer your scheduled workouts). You can expect to have all of your workouts completed with in 90 minute time frame.
Get ready to be challenged at the Snowball Brawl on Saturday, December 6, at CrossFit Wooster!

Workouts
5 min max alternating sandbag over barbell 48” bar height for all

You have the option to do this workout BEFORE or AFTER your scheduled workouts! If you wait until after, you must have the workout done within 30 minutes of your final scheduled workout.
So be smart, plan wisely! We will have stations set up on our smaller black rig with judges at all times…so get it done when you can!
Blizzard Burn will consist of a 5 min AMRAP, one partner on each side of the barbell set up on the rig at 48”, and you must pick up and get the sand bag over the barbell for one rep. Accumulate as many reps as possible and you must alternate reps
8 min EMOM - you go I go
Max meters on ski erg
another floater workout! You have the option to do this workout BEFORE or AFTER your scheduled workouts! If you wait until after, you must have the workout done within 30 minutes of your final scheduled workout.
Black Diamond consists of an 8 minute EMOM, where you and your partner switch every 60 seconds to gain max meters on the ski erg for 4 rounds each!
Get ready to dig deep and breathe hard in this EMOM!

Frostbite will consist of 3 rounds for time with a 10 minute cap! Splitting reps however with your partner of 30 GHD, 30 cleans any style, and 10 bar muscle ups! See pictures for your division specifics!
Score is time completed or completed reps at 10 minutes.
Fun twist!! You will notice each division has the pulling variations for bar muscle ups…RX example: 10 bmu OR 20 c2b OR 30 pull-ups. BOTH partners MUST do the same movement for judging and scoring purposes. If one partner can do BMU they can do them all, or they can choose to do the 20 C2B or 30 pull ups and split them however. The movement MUST be clarified to the judge prior to the workout and you will do that same pulling motion all 3 rounds. You cannot switch movements. So if you can do BMU but 30 total is a lot, then choose wisely!

For the final ascent, athlete’s will begin with a 6 minute amrap, splitting reps how they see fit, trying to gain as many reps as possible in that 6 minutes of 40 wall balls and 20 double db step-overs (see photos for division specifics).
Once the 6 minutes is up, all athletes will take a 2 minute break and transition out onto the floor to complete a max complex.
You will have 7 minutes, between you and your partner, of a Snatch + Hang Snatch complex.
Snatch will begin on the ground, one motion floor to overhead, and can be completed as power or squat. Once the judge has given the ok, bring the bar back to the hip and begin your hang snatch. Hang must be above the knee(not below). You cannot bend and hold in the hip to rest the bar. Hang snatch may be power or squat. When both reps are completed successfully, you may set the bar down and weight will be recorded. * please do not drop anything under 25lb plates from overhead for safety unless bailing. Control down what you can.
This workout will be 2 scores: reps completed in 6 minutes, and combined weight of lifts.
