About This Competition

The Reignited Games is back Saturday, October 25, 2025 with a one day partner competition. Get ready for a full day of fitness with plenty of scored events that will see teams push their limits, chase new PRs and maybe even suprise themselves! We have divisions for everyone and are introducing a new division we are calling the "Age Group Collective" with no minimum age requirement per competitor but need a combined age of 75+. 

One Day, all the Fitness.

Partner A- accumulate calories on the rower

Parnter B- accumulate rounds in the AMRAP:

  • RX COED only = 30ft HSW, all other divisions = 4 Wall Walks
  • 10 DB bench

RX COED = 50/35lb DB - 185lb DL, 24" box

INTERMEDIATE = 

MM = 35lb DB - 155lb DL, 24" box
FF = 20lb DB - 115lb DL, 20" box
COED = 35/20lb DB - 135lb DL, 20" box
AGE GROUP COED = 50/35lb DB - 155lb DL, 20" box

FOR TIME:

  • 50 wall balls 
  • 25 DB snatches
  • 150 double unders
  • 25 DB snatches
  • 50 wall balls 

9:00 CAP

10:00-12:00 = MAX GYMNASTICS (WORKOUT 4)


DIVISION BREAK DOWN:

RX COED = 50/35lb DB SYNCHRONIZED snatches, 30/20lb WB

INTERMEDIATE = DB SNATCHES SPLIT (NOT SYNCHRO)

  • MM = 50lb DB, 20lb WB
  • FF = 35lb DB, 14lb WB
  • COED = 50/35lb DB, 20/14lb WB

AGE GROUP COED = 50/35lb DB SYNCHRONIZED, 30/20lb WB

 

After the completion of Workout 3 athletes will rest until the 10:00 mark and complete WORKOUT 4. 

10:00-12:00 is a two minute AMRAP of *max gymnastics*

RX COED = Max Bar Muscle Ups

INTERMEDIATE = Max Chest to Bar

AGE GROUP COED = Max Bar Muscle Ups

 

PARTNERS CAN SWITCH OUT WHENEVER

NO MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENT

Athlete 1 completes the obstacle course in the following order:

  • monkey bars
  • 4 sand ball throw over wall + wall get over
  • hand over hand sled drag down AND back

As soon as the sled touches the mat, Athlete 1 will tag Athlete 2 to do the obstacle course in reverse

  • (Run the rope back out to re-set the sled drag)
  • hand over hand sled drag down AND back
  • 4 sand ball throw over wall + wall get over
  • monkey bars

DIVISION BREAKDOWN:

RX COED = 75/50lb ball, 35lb sled

INTERMEDIATE = 

  • MM = 50lb ball, 45lb sled
  • FF = 30lb ball, 25lb sled
  • COED = 50/30lb ball, 35lb sled

AGE GROUP COED = 50/30lb ball, 35lb sled

ATHLETE 1-

10-8-6 Clean and Jerks

When the final jerk is locked out overhead, Athlete 2 will perfrom their ladder:

ATHLETE 2-

8-4-2 Snatches

SCORE = the time that the last athlete finishes the final snatch
