Tomorrow is the 13th Annual In House Pendulum Games at Nevermore , so, here’s a reminder that there are no CLASSES scheduled!
If you’re on a team, be there NO LATER THAN 8am for the Intro. The first WOD begins at 8:10am SHARP!
We will have FORTRESS COFFEE back, selling some yummy goodness - so, come prepared to caffeinate.
Your shirts will be on site, tomorrow morning.
Please bring whatever water, supplements, and food you need throughout the day.
If you’re not participating, and want to come watch- please do ! We love having a cheering section, all day! Friends & family are welcome (kids included) - and friendly pups, too!!
The timing for the day can be found on this spreadsheet, on the “Timing” Tab.
All workouts will be over by 12:30!!
Please come hang at Valley Inn, down the street, for food & drinks and hang time after- at the bar- beginning around 1pm (SUPER casual … friends and family welcome).
Remember - tomorrow is about FUN & COMMUNITY … so, bring the Nevermore Spirit with ya!

Workouts
Type: For Time (14 min cap)
Goal: Complete the work as a team, splitting reps however you like.
Only one athlete works at a time.
(Each team must determine 1 RX athlete / 1 Intermediate athlete / 2 Scaled athletes)

120 Wall Balls (20/14/10)
100 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35/25)
80 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”/step-overs allowed for scaled)
60 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35/20)
40 Burpees
Ski 400m (Split as needed)

WOD 2: Team Total
Time Cap: 18 minutes total
Goal: Find the team’s combined heaviest successful lift total. Men's weights will be multiplied by .67.
**Each athlete must choose a different lift
Workout
Each athlete has 4 minutes to find their 1 Rep Max in one of the following lifts. There will be one minute to strip weights in between each lift.
Athlete 1: Bench Press
Athlete 2: Push Press
Athlete 3: Front Squat
Athlete 4: Deadlift
Notes:
Athletes can choose their bar weight (#15 / #35 or #45 for anyone) and progress as they wish.
Push Press: Minutes 0-4
Reset 4-6
Bench Press: Minutes 6-10
Reset 10-12
Front Squat: Minutes 12-16
Reset 16-18
Deadlift: Minutes 18-22
NOTE:
Athletes can be warming up for other movements in room 4, and on the squat racks, while other teams are going!
WOD 3: Team Relay
Type: 12-minute AMRAP
Format: Only one athlete works at a time. When Athlete 1 finishes their mini round, Athlete 2 starts, and so on.
Score = total team rounds completed.
(Each team must determine 1 RX athlete / 1 Intermediate athlete / 2 Scaled athletes)
One Round:
10 / 7 Cal Bike
10 Hang Power Cleans (weight listed in notes below)
10 Toes-to-Bar / Hanging Knee Raises / Sit-ups
Notes:
RX: 95 (Male) /65 (Female), Toes-to-Bar
Intermediate: 75 (Male) /55 (Female), Hanging Knee Raises
Scaled: 55 (Male) /35 (Female) , Sit-ups
