CrossFit Hull, Humber & Brough Throwdown – Competition Description
Get ready for an exciting day of fitness, fun, and community at the CrossFit Hull, Humber & Brough Throwdown!
This in-house competition is all about bringing our members together to challenge themselves, work as a team, and celebrate everything we achieve inside the gym. The event is designed for ALL abilities – from our newest members to our most experienced athletes.
Using what we see from your training each week, we’ll match teams based on ability, strengths, and experience to make sure every team is competitive and every athlete feels comfortable yet challenged.
There will be a variety of workouts to test teamwork, strength, fitness, and strategy – but most importantly, the focus is on community, support, and having fun!
Whether it’s your first competition or your 10th, this is a fantastic chance to push yourself, cheer on your fellow athletes, and enjoy an incredible day with our CrossFit family.
Who can take part?

✅ Suitable for every ability level – scaling options will be available
✅ No need to find a partner or team – we’ll do it for you!
