Workouts

TO BE ANNOUNCED 12:30 ON COMPETITION DAY

SPAM: Snatch Ladder
Rice: Clean and Jerk Ladder

Teams will move through a 4-level strength ladder, increasing in weight at each station. Both partners will attempt each level in sequence, and may take multiple attempts within their time window.

Weight Levels:

95/65
115/70
135/95
155/105

Scoring

Your team’s score is determined by the highest completed weight successfully lifted by BOTH athletes. If two teams tie by failing the same level, a tiebreak will determine rank.

Tiebreak Rules
If both partners fail the same weight level, the team will complete a tiebreak workout:

🔥 10 reps for time using the weight from Level 1
(Example: 10 clean & jerks at the first level’s weight)

If only one partner fails a level, only that partner completes the tiebreak workout. The faster team (or athlete) wins the tie.

In the event ONLY two teams fail a level and:
Team A has one athlete complete and one fail
Team B has both athletes fail
Team A places higher
