About This Competition
Box Competition for M/F Buddy teams (only CrossFit Grefrath members).
- RX/Scaled athletes can compete.
- 2 Workouts (3 total scores) will be build up for everyone to compete
- No Qualifier, only a Final day! (10.1.2026)
- Max. 36 teams (Heats of 6 teams max.)
- Goal = Workout and have fun together!

On a 12 minute running clock:
1000m Synchro. Sandbag run (both athletes 1 sandbag)
25 Thrusters
25 Calorie Echobike
20 Thrusters

WOD 2: Mixed Division
On a 7 minute running clock (00:00 - 07:00):
Find a max. weight of the following complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Clean
1 Hang Clean
1 Shoulder to Overhead

After the 7 minute running clock, the athletes take 1 minute rest (07:00 - 08:00) before starting with WOD 3.
WOD 3: Mixed Division
On a 12 minute running clock (08:00 - 20:00):
50 Synchronised Alternating Dumbell snatch
50 Synchronised Sit ups
Into, remaining time max. reps Gymnastics:
- Burpee to target = 1 rep
- Burpee pull up = 2 reps
- Burpee bar muscle up = 4 reps
