About This Competition

This Hybrid Competition is a same sex pairs event held at Hybrid Theory Training for a single day. The competition theme is heavily focused on synchro work with your partner and will be a sure way to test an array of fitness capacities. There will be 4 scored events that all divisions will complete.

Workout will kick off at 7:00am and day will finish around 3pm
