About This Competition
Getting ready to try out all the craze and do a HYROX competition?? Or are you already signed up for one and wondering how competitive you are with your training?? Come test your skills with our 3 workout test of fitness to see where you fall in the HYROX world! Teams of two can be same sex or coed and may compete at the Open or Pro level! The registration fee will include a t-shirt for each teammate and an abundance of confidence moving into the real thing! Aero is a HYROX affiliate here to help you achieve all your HYROX goals! Workouts will be released by 9/1.

Max Goblet Squats (single KB same weight as carry)

500 m run together
160 ft Sandbag lunges (50/30 both divisions)
Max Burpee Broad jumps
*All reps can be split between teammates in any fashion

Athletes share calories on the echo bike
M/M = 20
M/F = 17
F/F = 14
Then:
Athlete 1: 50 ft sled push + Athlete 2: 50 ft sled pull
Athlete 1 : 50 ft sled push + Athlete 2: 50 ft sled pull
**Athletes switch sled positions each round - format will go, Athlete 1 50 ft sled push, Athlete 2 50 ft sled pull, Athlete 1 50 ft sled push, Athlete 2 sled pull
****Echo bike 20 calories male/male, 17 calories male/female, 14 calories female/female- score will be rounds and reps so conversion will be made to rep score in final round for equivalence
For time with a 7 minute time cap:
100 KB swings (53/35) (35/25)
600 m relay shuttle sprint
Shuttle sprint = 15 m down + 15 m back
**Athletes may share KB swings in any fashion, shuttle sprints must be relay style, alternating between teammates
