Midwest Fall Classic 2025

CrossFit 51 presents the 11th Annual Midwest Fall Classic 2025! The Midwest Fall Classic is a one day competition on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 from 8:00am- 5:00pm. 

Divisions:
Men's Masters 35+ 
Women's Masters 35+
Men Scaled
Women Scaled
Men Rx
Women Rx

**All divisions consist of teams of 2: M/M or F/F Pairs
**Cash prizes for all divisions
**Masters teams need an average age of 40 or more (both partners over 35)

Workouts

4 rounds: 
50 double unders
40 wall ball shots
30 calorie row

Wall ball: RX 25/20  Scaled/Masters: 20/14

Partners may split work however they choose. 

Score will be when final calorie reads on monitor. 

Accumulate as many points as possible. 

Bar Muscle Up = 5pts

Toes to Bar = 2pts

Pull Up = 1pt

 

Once completing Score A, in the remaining time partners will move to the rig and accumulate as many points as possible until the 15:00 cap time.

Partners may split the work however they chose, with one partner working at a time. 

Teams may do as many or as few of each movement as they choose. 

Score will be total combined points of each movement added together.

15 burpees over the sandbag
15 sandbag cleans
15 sandbag squats

12 burpees over the sandbag
12 sandbag cleans

RX: 150/100
Scaled/Masters: 100/70

Partners both run, work can not begin on the mat until both partners are back in their lane from the run. 

Sandbag cleans will be to showing control at the top of the shoulder.

Sandbag squats will be done with the SB on the shoulder. 

Time ends when both partners are back on their mat after the final run. 

Partner A will complete:

2 rounds:
9/7 calorie assault bike
7 deadlift 205/145
5 burpee box overs (jump or step)

25 Toes To Bar (Split with partner)

25' Handstand Walk
OR
75' DB Overhead Carry

50' DB front rack lunge
10 DB Hang Snatch (one arm only)
50' DB front rack lunge
10 DB Hang Snatch (one arm only)
3 wall walks

DB weight: 50/35

Toes to bar cannot begin until both partners are under rig.

Once 1 rep has been completed on the DB snatch, all reps of that set of 10 must be done with that arm. 

MUST declare whether they will Handstand walk or Overhead carry before the workout begins. 

Partner B will complete:

3 wall walks
10 DB Hang Snatch (one arm only)
50' DB front rack lunge
10 DB Hang Snatch (one arm only)
50' DB front rack lunge

25' Handstand Walk
OR
75' DB Overhead Carry

Partners will share barbell and accumulate reps together. 

Athletes will be responsible for changing their own weights during the 1:00 rest periods. 

Score will be total reps accumulated across all 3 working sets.
