3,2,1 go athlete start on the rower hand off handles and rower set to 0 cals. Athlete can not let go until the rower hits 30 cals. Wall ball please get full depth and and hit your target ( do it the right way). Toes to bar standard is the same as the open. Box facing burpee box jump the athlete must be facing the box. Any deviation or from facing or doing a jump down instead a step down is a no rep.

Rest 1 Minute
7 Minutes to Establish a 1 Rep Max Front Squat ( Weight is taken from the Rack)
Rest 1 Minute
7 Minutes to Establish a 1 Rep Max Deadlift.
Score is Total Weight lifted through all the lifts combined.
At 3,2,1 go the athlete can do any type of Shoulder to overhead ( push jerk, split jerk) as long as the athlete establishes control with both feet underneath the hip. Bar fully locked out overhead and most show control for a full second. The athlete can start with the bar pre loaded on all the lifts. The athlete can have a person or persons change weights. The person or persons can also help lift the bar onto the rack on the shoulder to overhead or Front Squat. The athlete must complete the lift during the 7 minute window ( per example the athlete can't grab the bar at the 659 mark and then complete the jerk.
During the 1 min rest... it's a rest. The athlete themselves can not... can not touch the bar at all during the minute. The athlete can have their person or persons change weights ( hint hint get some friends to help).
Front squat standard... get full depth on the squat and lock out at the top and show control for 1 second.
The Deadlift is taken from the ground. Traditional deadlift ( no sumo) and lock out at the top. We know how strong all of you are. We suggest using competition or steel plates on some of the deadlifts if you go super heavy. No bands on your plates and we don't care how many collars you put on the bar... they don't count as weight.
