About This Competition
Nepean CrossFits 12th year of hosting our annual competition.
This year is taking on a differnet name
"Nepean Classic"
Registration will close 9pm Sunday 12th October or when sold out
(T-Shirts are NOT included in the rego. You may order a T-Shirt to be picked up on event day, T-Shirt orders must be in by October 1st)
WHO
All CrossFitter’s and non-CrossFitters are welcome to attend.
Provided you are fit and able to complete the movements in the workouts in a safe manner.
Not competing? there is plenty of room to come along and support.
Sponsors and Vendors welcome to enquire.
WHAT
The Nepean Clssic is our annual competition day, now in its 12th year.
2025 will see Mixed Pairs across two divisons.

Movements standards will be as per those found in the CrossFit open.

COST
$55pp + fee.
(The admission price does NOT include a T-Shirt, if you would like to purchase a t-shirt, you may do this upon check out. Note that T-Shirt orders need to be in by Sunday October 1st)

WORKOUTS
Workouts will be released in the week leading up to the event..
Movements will be in line with those seen in the CrossFit Open.
If you were able to complete all movements RX'd in the Open then the RX'd category is for you. Otherwise, the SCALED category is for you.
(scaling the SCALED category further is allowed, this will however net you a lower score in that workout then everyone that complete the workout as requested)
Movements MAY include the following:

- Snatch - 45/35# (20/15kg)
- Clean + Jerk - 95/65# (43/30kg)
- Deadlift – 155/105# (70/47kg)
- Single DB Clean/FS/Snatch etc - 10/7kg
- Wall Balls - 14/10#
- HR Push Up (knees ok)
- Ring Rows
- Knee raises
- Pull ups (one person)
- Row/Ski/Bike
- Single Unders (no double unders)
- Bear Crawl
- Wall walk (partial)
- Running

- Snatch - 155/105# (70/47kg)
- Clean + Jerk - 205/145# (93/65kg)
- Deadlift – 315/205# (143/93kg)
- Single DB Clean/FS/Snatch etc - 22.5/15kg
- Wall Balls - 30/20#
- Burpees
- Handstand Push up (Kipping both, Strict - min. 1 person)
- Bar Muscle Ups (min. 1 person)
- Ring Muscle Ups (min. 1 person)
- Toes to Bar (both)
- Row/Ski/Bike
- Double Unders (both)
- Cross Over single unders (both)
- Handstand Walk (5ft min. 1 person)

Two scores
Lifting complex—4 lifts in a row, with separate scores for the second lift and fourth lift. The whole complex must always be performed from the start for the score to count. But if you fail at the end you’ll still get credit for the first half!
