2 Person Teams, same sex & co-ed

All Divisions including scaled, intermediate, RX &&&&&&&& 

A BRAND NEW DIVISION IN 2025 - MASTERS (combined age of 85) !!

 

*Divisions need at least 3 participants for cash prizes to be justified

-IF you and your partner do not complete the designated distance within the 2:00 window, you LOSE THE RIGHT TO SQUAT in the following interval. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR WORKOUT IS OVER. You can continue the remainder of the workout, you just lose that opportunity of weight in your overall total.

 

-During the Squat Interval you can take AS MANY LIFTS AS YOU HAVE TIME FOR within the interval. Only your heaviest lift will be recorded. 

 

-COED TEAMS WILL SHARE A BARBELL ;)
