This is a private event for Refine CrossFit members, and will include scaled and rx divisions for 2-person male and female teams.

WB: Athletes will complete synchronized WB at the same time.
The box jump/step overs: completed by athletes alternating each rep
TTB/KTC: each partner will complete their half of the rep scheme before the other can begin (1 partner does 10 TTB, then the other goes).
The run is completed together.

Teams have 8 minutes for BOTH athletes to establish a heavy complex of:
1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
SCORE is combined total of each athletes heaviest successful lift
*clean can be power or full (squat), but the clean must be performed in one movement from the ground (no hang or high hang cleans allowed).
*the jerk can be performed as a Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk
*3 minute rest before moving to part 2 of WOD 3
