About This Competition
Your favorite FEMALE PARTNER CrossFit competition is back at CrossFit Viral! This is an amazing opportunity to celebrate the beauty of strength prioritized inside the CrossFit community, and get your grind on with your gym bestie! The workouts are designed by our CrossFit certified coaches, who prioritize safety above all else.
WODs will be posted the morning of the competition. Doors open at 8am for athlete registration. Athlete debrief will begin at 8:45am, where we will explain and demo each of the workouts to help everyone feel prepared. A dedicated warm-up area will be provided. First heat will begin at 9am SHARP!
Competition will be held rain or shine, with the caveat that we will require at least 12 teams to register in order to justify the operational costs to manage the event.

Workouts
6 Min Bike AMCAP (As Many Calories as Possible) with partner in the front rack hold.
Rx: 85# barbell
Scaled: 65# barbell
Masters: 45# barbell
Both athletes working at the same time. The barbell must be in the rack position for bike calories to count. Switch as needed.
At the end of the 6 minutes, both partners will rest for 1 minute, at which point WOD 1B will begin!!!
Part B: 3 Min. As Many Clean & Jerks As Possible With Remaining Time.
Rx: 85#
Scaled: 65#
Masters: 45#
After completing Part A and resting 1 minute, begin Part B. One person working at a time.
15 minute chipper. Break up the work however you want. Each athlete must do at least one rep of each movement.
Rx: 80 Cal Row, 60 14# Wall Balls, 40 20" Box Step Ups w/ 1 #35 DB, 20 TTB, 10 EACH 35# Devils Press.
Scaled: 60 Cal Row, 60 10# Wall Balls, 40 20" Box Step Ups w/ 1 #20 DB, 20 Knee Raises, 10 EACH 20# Devils Press.
Masters: 60 Cal Row, 60 10# Wall Balls, 40 20" Box Step Ups w/ 1 #10 DB, 20 Butterfly Situps, 10 EACH 10# Devils Press.
Partner 1 completes a full round, then Partner 2 completes a full round, and so on trading off through the 5 minutes.
Rx: 30 Double Unders, 7 Pull Ups
Scaled & Masters: 30 Single Unders, 7 Jumping Pull Ups
