British Masters & Teens CrossFit® Championships - The ONLINE WEEKENDER
About This Competition
THE BMTC ONLINE WEEKENDER!
The British Masters and Teens Championships ONLINE WEEKENDER is a BRAND NEW completely online competition! This competition is separate from our in-person masters and teens competition - unlike the in-person event, our new ONLINE WEEKENDER will not have a live final event, but will instead give Masters and Teens athletes the opportunity to compete against others from across the UK and beyond, all from your very own gym!
The Online Weekender will feature 4 workouts over the course of 5 days between 22nd and 26th January 2026, each designed to test your fitness. Workouts will align with what is typically seen within the CrossFit Open, and our in-person Masters and Teens competition - with adjustments and scaling options as required for each age category.
The winners of each age category will bag some huge prizes from our event partners including WIT, NOCCO, Healf, LMNT and LSKD.
AGE CATEGORIES

TEENS
- 13-15 years
- 16-17 years

MASTERS
- 30-34 years
- 35-39 years
- 40-44 years
- 45-49 years
- 50-54 years
- 55-59 years
- 60-64 years
- 65+ years
DATES & PRIZES
The event will take place between 8pm on Thursday 22nd January and 8pm on Monday 26th January. The competition is open to anyone and whilst each workout will be challenging, nny level of fitness and ability can join in, from anywhere in the world. ALL FOUR workouts will be released at 8pm on Thursday 22nd January 2026 and athletes have until 8pm on Monday 26th January to submit the videos/links to videos of each of the 4 workouts to Competition Corner alongside thier scores.
The winners in each category will receive prizes from our event partners including WIT, NOCCO, Healf, LMNT and LSKD as well as an excusive winners t-shirt (and a lot of bragging rights!).
PRICING & REFUND POLICY
Entry - £35
We cannot offer any refunds but all proceeds will go towards supporting future events for our masters & teens events.
WHAT DO I NEED?
– Photographic ID
– Your usual training gear, and any accessories you may need for gymnastics & weightlifting events.
– Movement requirements and equipment lists for each division for the online competition can be found by clicking on the ‘Book now’ button below and viewing the divisions tab on Competition Corner. The ‘Show details’ tab will show you the movement standards and equipment lists for each category as each is different.
