Qualification

  • 3 Qualification Workouts
  • Qualification dates: 01. May - 01. June
  • Workout release: 01. May
  • Qualifiers can be done seperately (Team members dont have to perform them together)

Finals - 3 DAYS of Competition for all Divisions!

Get ready for an exhilarating CrossFit event as we host the Nürnberg Throwdown 2025 for the third time @CrossFit District Eighteen!

Only the best Teams competing in the online qualifier will earn their spot for the final event in September.

We’re thrilled to welcome even more athletes this year. Over three days, athletes will compete in pairs, showcasing their skills in the RX and Intermediate divisions.

 

Registration is final and non refundable no matter the reason.

We reserve the right to distribute wildcards to specific athletes/teams.

WORKOUT:

AMRAP x 13 Minutes

 

5 ROUNDS

6 Single DB Alt. Devil Press

9 Burpee Over Rower

12 Single DB OH Alt. Lunges

-then-

Max. Calorie Row in remaining time

 

SCORE:

Score is total Reps at 13 Minutes. Rowing calories and reps from completing the 5 rounds will be added together! Rolling Calories after the 13 Minute mark do count.

If the athlete does not make it to the rower within the 13 minute time cap, the total number of completed reps from the 5 rounds will count as the final score.

There is no Tie Breaker.

The team captain must submit two separate scores (one for each team member) and publish a video link for each athlete.

 

WEIGHT STANDARDS:

DUMBELL

RX 22.5/15kg
INTERMED: 15/10kg

WORKOUT:

Athletes have 15 minutes to establish their 1-Rep Max in the following three lifts:

  • Deadlift
  • Bench Press
  • Clean
     

Important:

Athletes may perform the lifts in any order, but once a lift is completed and the athlete moves on to the next, they may not return to any previous lift.

There is no limitation of attempts.

 

SCORE:

Score is total weight in kilograms. All lifts need to be completed before the timer ends!

The team captain must submit two separate scores (one for each team member) and publish a video link for each athlete.

WORKOUT:

For Time:

15-12-9

Thrusters weight 1
Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Then:

12-9-6

Thrusters weight 2
Bar Muscle-Ups
 

Time Cap: [15 Minutes]

 

SCORE:

Score is the time when the athlete completes the final Bar Muscle-Up of the 6-rep set.

If the time cap is reached, the missing reps will count as seconds (e.g. 15:10 if the athlete missed 10 reps to complete the workout).

The team captain must submit two separate scores (one for each team member) and publish a video link for each athlete.

There will be no tie breaker.
