About This Competition
Registrations are non refundable
Teams may substitute an athlete up until the day of the competition if needed.
RX athletes will be expected to complete advanced gymnastics, 35/50# DB, 70/100# d ball, double unders as well as use barbells at 95/135.
Scaled athletes will be expected to perform basic gymnastics to include hanging knee raises, pull ups and wall walks, 20/25# DB, 50/70# d ball, single unders and use barbells at 65/95.
All Athletes are welcome to participate

120 ft handstand walk (scaled 12 wall walks)

21 thrusters 85/115 (scaled 55/75)
15 handstand push ups (scaled hand release push ups)
9 BMU (scaled pull ups)
120 ft handstand walk (scaled 12 wall walks)
90/120 cal bike
Each athlete will perform 3 rounds consecutive rounds (12:00) of the 4:00 amrap. Score is the total team toes to bar or hanging knees raises in 9 rounds.

Athlete 1: 16 shuttle runs 8 D Ball over the yoke
Athlete 2: 12 shuttle runs 12 D Ball over the yoke
Athlete 3: 8 shuttle runs 16 D Ball over the yoke
Shuttle runs are 25 feet
D Balls are 70/100 for RX and 50/70 for Scaled
Each athlete will perform one of the following lifts, score is total weight of 1 rep max of each complex.
Athlete 1: 3 rep hang clean (can be power or squat)
Athlete 2: 2 rep hang clean and jerk (can be power or squat)
Athlete 3: 1 rep clean and jerk (can be power or squat)
