About This Competition

4th Annual Dogs, Donuts, & Deadlift event is taking place Saturday October 25th at Quarter Deck Athletics.

This is a Fundraiser event with all proceeds going to Queen City Pitties, a local dog rescue organization.

This year we're doing coed teams of 4 (mm/ff). We have RX and Scaled Divisions.

Dogs, Donuts, & Deadlift is a fun competition for a great cause. The workouts are still challenging and competitive, but all to support an amazing cause.

This is a true team competition. There will be no set reps each athlete has to complete. Your team will need to be strategic on how to break up and complete these workouts.

*Note: not every person will have to eat donuts, but some people on the team will*
