John Dufour Classic 2025
About This Competition
The John Dufour Classic CrossFit Fundraiser Competition is back at All Level CrossFit for its 4th year.
This is a partner-style competition.
Partner options are:

*Exceptions made for Adaptive Division
Team registration is $150 per team of 2.
With your registration, you will receive a “swag bag” with goodies from our event sponsors, 2 competition tees designed and printed by our talented friends at @tribalprinting, and a morning packed with fitness.
There will be 4 workouts (3 on the main floor and 1 floater workout to be done at a time of your choosing)
We will be offering 4 different divisions:
💎RX
💎Intermediate
💎Open (beginner-friendly)
💎Adaptive
Registration opens Monday, September 8th.
We will be doing a slow release of the workouts leading up to the competition (with the floater being announced at the event).
Division changes are permitted after registration -- just shoot us a message. Division weight & movement requirements have been posted on our social media page (@alllevelcrossfit)

FOR HEAVIEST LOAD
All divisions:
1 clean + 1 hang clean + 1 shoulder-to-overhead
Athlete 1 completes 3 lift attempts. There is 1 minute of transition time. Athlete 2 then completes 3 lift attempts.
The lifter has a :20 window to complete the following barbell complex:
1 clean + 1 hang clean + 1 shoulder-to-overhead
After their :20 working window, athletes will rest for 1:40 (the time it takes to run through the rest of the heat). They will continue in this fashion for 3 rounds. After the first set of partners have each completed 3 attempts, there will be 1 minute to adjust weights for the second partner. They will attempt the complex in the same fashion.
If the lifter fails any part of the complex, they can try again within their working window as long as the bar is lifted before the buzzer. The next athlete in the lineup’s working window remains the same even if the lifter before them is still working on their attempt.
Athletes CANNOT adjust the load on the barbell during the :20 working window of the next team in line. Ex:
• Team on platform 1 must wait until team on platform 3 is lifting to change their weights
• Team on platform 2 must wait until team on platform 4 is lifting to change their weights
• Team on platform 3 must wait until team on platform 5 is lifting to change their weights
• Team on platform 4 must wait until team on platform 6 is lifting to change their weights
• Team on platform 5 must wait until team on platform 1 is lifting to change their weights
• Team on platform 6 must wait until team on platform 2 is lifting to change their weights
