About This Competition
Team of 2 Charity Event. FF, MM, MF Teams at least one of the two athletes has to be a Masters Athlete (35 or over by the end of 2025) or a Beginner (1st time competitor or 2 years or less of Current/Consistent Crossfit Experience). The other Athelete can have any level of experience or age.
100% of the proceeds going to 501(c)(3) Rainbow Services; a non-profit women's/family shelter dedicated to providing survivors of domestic abuse an opportunity to be self-sufficient and an opportunity to thrive.
Like last year we will do a gift card drive. $25 gift card per athlete on he day of the event. you may sign up here on this platform and use code: gift2lift so you can donate he gift card on the day of event. Or simply pay the $25 here and we'll buy the gift card(s) for you.

Workouts
AMRAP 6min (Following immediately after "Turkey Brawl")
5 Burpees Over Bar
5 Hang Power Cleans (same Weights as Turkey Brawl)
5 (25ft) Farmer Carries 50s/35s, (Mixed has 1 of each 50/35), scaled 35s/20s and fun division can do ANY weights)
7min AMRAP
See Blizzard of OZ "Ski" same wod but 2 different scores.
(1 score for cals, and 2nd score for lunges)
7min amrap
Athlete A: Skis for Cals (the Ski start at 0:00 may keep going during the 2 Wall Walks.)
Athlete B: Lunges for Reps. Barbell may be held however; back rack, front rack, Zurcher or Overhead.
E2MOM: 2 Wall Walks are a buy in to the lunges. Starting at min 0:00.
RX 95/65, Scaled 75/55, Mixed 75, Fun (any)
-Scaled will have a reduced do-able range of motion.
-Mixed div will do RX standard.
-Fun Div may do any standard.
1 works; 1 rests/shared reps
-100 Heavy Jump Rope (2.8lbs)
-45 Barbell Squats 135/85rx, 95/65scaled, 105mixed, (any BB squats, Back/Front/Zurcher or OH)
-35 Toes to Bar or 70 Hanging Knee Raises
-25 Shoulder to Overhead
-3 Bar Muscle up, 9 Pull-Ups or 12 Burpees over Bar
(9min time cap, the sooner you are done, the longer your rest/recovery for the next wod. At min 9:00 you will begin the next wod which is a 6min amrap, same barbell, get your rope out of the way).
