Competition for masters by masters.

Three age groups 35-44, 45-54, and 55+

One Division

Same sex teams of THREE

Minimum age of 35 for all divisions.

Average age of partners determines your age category.

The bench press bar can be preloaded.

Athletes will start with their hands on the wall. At the call of go athletes will have 6 minutes to build to a 3 rep max bench press. Bar touches the chest and elbows lock out before the bar is racked.

After a 1:00 transition, athletes will start with their hands on the wall. At the call of go 1 athlete will start rowing while the other two will start the couplet. Only 1 athlete can work on the couplet at a time.

Athletes can switch between the row and couplet as needed.

Athletes will start with their hands on the wall. At the call of go athletes will cross the floor and start popcorn wallballs (two athletes pass the ball back and forth between them). Switch athletes in and out as desired.

All other movements are with 1 person working at a time.

After completing the pull-ups a cone will be moved down the floor to indicate that a round was completed.

*120/90 Calorie Echo Bike must be completed to finish
*one person on the bike, one person working on the other movements

Athletes will start with their hands on the wall. At the call of go 1 athlete can start on the bike and 1 athlete can start working on the other movements.

Athletes can switch movements how they desire. Only 1 person at a time can be on the bike and only 1 person at a time can be working on the chipper.

Once the bike is completed only one person can be working on the chipper at a time.

Once all reps are completed all 3 athletes must cross the finish line.
