About This Competition

SISU GAMES 2025 🏆


Grab your training partner and join us for a full day of fitness as we bring The Sisu Games back a same-sex pairs competition with 4 workouts designed to challenge both engine and strength.


We’ve got two categories:

💥 Everyday – For those who train regularly but don’t want high skill movements.

🔥 Intermediate – For those who enjoy a push, can handle the barbell, and want to test themselves.


Everyday


Dumbbell Snatches (10/17.5kg)

BB Movements (25/40kg)

Dumbbell Thrusters (2 x 10/17.5kg)

Kettlebell Swings (16/24kg)

Deadlifts (50/70kg)

Wall Balls (4/6kg to 9ft)

Box Step Overs (20/24” box)

Rowing / Ski Erg / BikeErg

Burpees (and variations)

Sandbag Holds / Carries (30/50kg)

Farmers Carries (2 x 16/24kg)




Intermediate 


BB Movements (40/60kg)

Deadlifts (70/100kg)

Dumbbell Snatches (15/22.5kg)

Dumbbell Thrusters (2 x 15/22.5kg)

Wall Balls 6/9kg to 9ft)

Box Jump Overs (20/24”)

Rowing / Ski Erg / BikeErg

Toes to Bar (1 Person)

Handstand Push ups (1 Person)

Burpee Pull Ups (1 Person)
