Suffolk Games returns with our new RX Mixed pairs as well as our everyday event.
RX requirements
At least One member must be able to do:
Chest to bar pull ups
Toes to bar
Double Under
Ground to overhead for reps (10) 65/45kg
Unfortuntaly there are no refunds but you can replace your partner.

Score will be total amount of weight on a accumulated on completed rounds
any failed attempt(from the 10 reps) will be a no rep - You can retry the reps if time in your minute
You may swap the order of athlete in each round
