The Jerusalem ThrowDown is not only about testing your limits and competing alongside incredible athletes, it’s also about giving back.
This year, we are proud to dedicate part of  the event to supporting Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem.

Bring your energy, your passion, and your heart for a cause. Let’s lift, sweat and make a difference together!

Competition Categories
Individual athletes will compete in the following categories:

Male & Female RX - Open for all ages.
Male & Female Scaled - Open for all ages
Male & Female Beginner - Open for all ages
Male & Female 40+ - Must be 40 years plus
Teens - Boys & Girls - 16 years or under
