About This Competition

No Refunds:
Once registration is complete, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, or personal schedule changes.

Transfer Policy:
If you are unable to participate due to sickness, injury, or other unforeseen reasons, you may transfer your registration to another athlete.
To initiate a transfer, you must notify the event team via email at picton@valetudotraining.com.au at least 7 days before the event date.
It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer with the new athlete and provide their full details for event registration.
Terms of Transfer:
Transfers are valid for the current VT XLERATE Games only and cannot be deferred to future events.
All transfers are final and must comply with any event-specific guidelines communicated by the event team.
By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a fair and seamless experience for all participants.

At the VT XLERATE Games, we strive to maintain fairness and transparency for all athletes. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following dispute guidelines:

Score Verification: Each athlete has 2 minutes from the time the workout timer ends to review their score and sign off with their judge.


Dispute Submission: If there are any concerns regarding your score, disputes must be raised directly to Tara Bakic at the designated desk within the 2-minute review period.
Authorized Personnel Only: Disputes will not be accepted by any scorer, coach, or member of the audience. All concerns must be addressed solely with Tara.
Final Decisions: Once the 2-minute window has passed, all scores are considered final, and no further disputes will be entertained.


We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable competition for everyone.
