About This Competition
In-house competition for current DeNovo CrossFit athletes.
No refunds. Substitutions to teams allowed up until registration deadline.
Bring food, water bottle, a good attitude and any gym accessories needed. Lawn chairs and a tent for your team is a good idea as well.
Parking in hotel parking lot or along the street.
