Teams of 2 (F/F and M/M) will perform a qualifier workout and will be added in divisions. Once they have completed this qualifier workout, they will receive their respective division.
On 30 August 2025, the final will take place to battle for first place!

Scoring: Time or DNF and reps completed + Tie break after each round
Round 1 (0:00 - 4:00)
40 Synchronized Air Squats
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (12,5/7,5kg)
40 Hanging Knee Raises
10 Synchronized Burpees over the Line
If all movements are completed before the 4-minute mark, the team immediately begins Round 2.

Complete the round before 8:00 to continue to Round 3.
