Box Competition for Uprise members!

Teams of 2 (F/F and M/M) will perform a qualifier workout and will be added in divisions. Once they have completed this qualifier workout, they will receive their respective division.

On 30 August 2025, the final will take place to battle for first place!

Round 1: 15/12 Cal Row + 8 Thrusters
Round 2: 14/11 Cal Row + 7 Thrusters
Round 3: 13/10 Cal Row + 6 Thrusters
Round 4: 12/9 Cal Row + 5 Thrusters

Uprise Summer Placement Workout 2025 - Rise Through the Rounds

Time Cap: 20 minuten
Team of 2 (M/M of F/F)
Scoring: Time or DNF and reps completed + Tie break after each round

Round 1 (0:00 - 4:00)
40 Synchronized Air Squats
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (12,5/7,5kg)
40 Hanging Knee Raises
10 Synchronized Burpees over the Line

If all movements are completed before the 4-minute mark, the team immediately begins Round 2.

Round 2 (4:00 - 8:00)
30 Wall Balls (6/4 kg)
20 Jumping Pull-Ups
20 Deadlifts (45/30 kg)
10 Synchro Bar-Facing Burpees

Complete the round before 8:00 to continue to Round 3.

Round 3 (8:00 - 12:00)
30 Russian KB Swings (20/12)
20 Single Leg Toes to Bar
10 Clean & Jerks (45/30 kg)
10 Synchronized Box Jump Overs

Complete this round before the 12-minute mark to move to Round 4.

Round 4 (12:00 - 16-00)
30 Thrusters (45/30kg)
20 Pull Ups 
10 Handstand Push Ups (1 mat)
10 Synchro Toes to Bar

Teams that finish before 16:00 may move to the final round.

Time stops when the final bar muscle-up is completed.

Score: Time to complete the workout, or total reps completed if capped.

Athletes perform a 10m Farmer Carry shuttle with two weights.
