3 Deadlifts (touch and go) + 2 Hang Cleans (squat or power) + 2 Front Squats + 2 Shoulder to Overheads

Each team will have two bars and one set of weights shared between them. Females may use the 35# or 45# bar but males may only use the 45# bar.

The bars will start unloaded.

At the call of 3-2-1..Go, athletes will begin to help each other load the bar for Athlete A’s first attempt. The entire complex must be completed without dropping the bar in order for the lift to count. Each movement must be cleared by the judge before the next attempt. If a rep is failed but the bar is not dropped, the athlete may reattempt that lift.

After Athlete A’s first attempt, athletes may switch back and forth attempting as many times as possible however they’d like. Athletes may help each other load and unload the bars back and forth as necessary.

The final rep will be counted as long as the athlete has started their deadlift before the 7 minute mark.
