About This Competition

La Spooky BDC est une compétition de CrossFit en équipe de 4 (2 hommes / 2 femmes) qui se tiendra sur une journée complète dans l’ambiance unique d’Halloween le 4 Octobre 2025. L’événement mettra à l’épreuve la cohésion, l’endurance et la stratégie des équipes à travers plusieurs WODs conçus pour tous les niveaux.
