About This Competition
CrossFit Kaiwai is hosting its 2nd annual SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE partner competition! We are excited to bring this competition back with a twist! In 2025 by popular demand, we are bringing a competition for mixed pairs.
Saturday 13th September, 2025 | 4pm - 8pm
Mixed Pairs | Male + Female partners
2 Divisions: Intermediate & Novice/Scale
Early Bird Registration (May 5 -June 30) | $100/Team
Regular Registration (July 1 - Sept 8) | $125/Team

Notes:
- You Go, I Go style (Rounds)
- Athlete will pick either Athlete 1 or Athlete 2 rep scheme and stay with it the entire AMRAP.
- At 3-2-1 go, the athletes will start off with 5 synchro bupees before Athlete 1 goes for the pull ups and box jumps.

Notes:
- You Go, I Go style (Rounds)

- 1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
Note:

- Split reps however.
- Deadlift both athletes working synchronized.
EVENT 3 - PART B

- 20 RING KNEE RAISE
- 25 CLEAN & JERK (95/65)
