Where Music Meets Performance 🎶💪
Get ready, we’re turning up the volume on fitness! This November, Rox@The Box brings you a HYROX-style throwdown with a unique Ibiza twist. Think thumping tunes, high energy, big effort – and an atmosphere that feels more like a party than a competition.
The Format
Part A: The Sled Showdown
The iconic HYROX sled push & sled pull – delivered in timed heats to keep it slick, fair and seriously spicy.
Part B: The Main Event
Once the sleds are done, the dance floor (aka the competition floor) is yours. All the classic HYROX-style stations – runs, ergs, carries, lunges, wall balls – minus the sleds. A true test of endurance, teamwork and mental grit.
The Vibe
This isn’t just another comp – it’s a fitness festival. The DJ will keep the beats rolling, the crowd will bring the noise, and you’ll bring the performance. Expect sweat, adrenaline, and plenty of fun along the way.

Workouts
Part A – The Sled Challenge
The event kicks off with the ultimate test of power and teamwork — the Sled Push & Pull.
On 3, 2, 1… GO, teams will:
1️⃣ Push the sled for 4 x 10m lengths (40m total)
2️⃣ Once complete, move straight into the Sled Pull, also 4 x 10m lengths (40m total)
Teams can divide the work however they choose, but both partners must contribute. Your time will stop once the final pull is complete.
You’ll have a 4-minute time cap to complete both movements, followed by a 1-minute transition before heading into the run for Part B.
Weights:
Men: 150kg Push | 100kg Pull
Women: 100kg Push | 70kg Pull

Part B – The Main Stage
Where the music, the movement, and the madness all come together. 🎶🔥
After the sled carnage, it’s time to hit The Main Stage — the true test of endurance, teamwork, and grit. This is the heartbeat of Ibiza Rox @ The Box, where you’ll race through a HYROX-style circuit set to big tunes and bigger energy.
Teams will complete each station in order, staying together throughout. You can split the work however you like, but both partners must contribute to every movement.
Your total time for Part B will determine your Part B ranking. Points earned in Part A and Part B will combine for your overall event result.
