This Event calls for a Squat Clean for strength you will start with 10 reps and count down to 2 reps while increasing weight, you will 11 min to complete. Tie breakers is completion of squats.

  • 10 Squat Cleans

  • 8 Squat Cleans

  • 6 Squat Cleans

  • 4 Squat Cleans

  • 2 Squat Cleans

RX Males: 205 - 225 - 245 - 275 - 285

Rx Female: 135 - 145 - 155 - 165 - 185

Scaled Male: 155 - 175 - 185 - 205 - 225

Scaled Female: 105 - 125 - 135 - 145 - 155

You will have for min to compete the following.

  • 9 - 7 - 5 Power snatch (RX 95/75) (Scaled 85/65)

  • 75 - 50 - 25 Hand stand walks / Overhead Lunges

You will snatch the reps then go into Handstand (RX) Overhead Lunges (scaled) run back to your bar and repeat.

Example: 9 Snatches then 75ft handstand / lunges - run back to your bar and start 7 reps to 50ft and so on.

For Time – 4 Rounds:

  • 15 Shoulder-to-Overhead (95/65 RX – adjust as needed for divisions)

  • 15 Burpees Over Barbell

1 Male and 1 Female will began synced squat cleans while the other two rest, Each athlete must complete or attempt the weight shown.

  • 30 rx 225/145 scaled 155/125

  • 20 rx 255/165 scaled 185/145

  • 10 rx 285/185 scaled 205/165

Athletes you share reps between each other the 4 may split them up however you see fit but it must be male/female

For Time (Relay Style):

Partner 1:

  • 20/16 Cal Echo Bike

  • 15 Deadlifts (315/225)

  • 100’ Handstand Walk

Then Partner 1 rests while Partner 2 completes the same sequence.

Partner 1 then completes:

  • 100’ Handstand Walk

  • 15 Deadlifts (315/225)

  • 20/16 Cal Echo Bike

Then Partner 2 repeats the same sequence.

After Partners 1 & 2 are finished, Partners 3 & 4 complete the same full format.

Time Cap: 24 Minutes

Scaled Option: Plate Overhead Walking Lunges instead of Handstand Walk.
