About This Competition

The Castle Games returns! 

Our individuals competition is accessed by a series of online qualifiers that will take place from 8th January - 28th January 2026 

Individual finals: 13 & 14 June 2026

This year all kids and teens will enter through direct entry, to register for these divisions please click here: Kids & Teens Finals

Finals venue: Middlesorough Sports Village

All athletes will compete on 1 day of the finals:

Saturday 13th June: Scaled, Legends, Kids & Teens

Sunday 14th June: Intermediate, Rx, Masters & Veterans

Divisions

The competition will run divisions in: 

Scaled 

Intermediate / Rx (all athletes will enter the same division at the qualifiers, the top section of the field will be invited to the finals as Rx athletes and the next section of the field will be invited to the finals as Intermediate athletes)

Masters 35 - 44 years 

Veterans 45+ years

Legends 50+ years

How do the qualifiers work?

There will be 3 qualifier workouts to be completed over the three weeks (1 week per workout). The release and deadline dates are: 

Q1: 8/01 - 14/01
Q2: 15/01 - 21/01
Q3: 22/01 - 28/01

Athletes are required to film their workout and submit a working video link alongside their score to validate the score. All divisions will be required to film their workout. 

Our team of judges will review the submissions for each workout after its deadline. After a workout deadline has passed there will be no editing of scores / links that have been submitted. 

Once all scores have been submitted and reviewed the leaderboard will be finalised and invitations will be sent to the athletes successful in making it to the finals. Those athletes will have 1 week to accept their place, after which the space will be passed on to the next athlete along on the leader board. 

Qualifier workouts will require very basic equipment that can be found at the majority of gyms.

Once qualified, the first workout for the finals will take place in your home gym 6 weeks before the in person finals. Athletes will submit their score and a recording and will start their competitive day off with a score already on the leaderboard!

Finals tickets will be £85pp

Late submissions of workout scores will have a £5 admin fee charged to the athlete.
