5 Minute running Clock:
As a team of two:
Within a two-minute window:
Partner A will run 400m for time, while...
Partner B performs max barbell backsquats
Rest 1:00 each
Then swap positions for the final two minutes of work.
Score 1 is the total combined time of both partners in the 400m Run, and Score 2 is the total combined reps of back squats
Floater workout #1 can be performed at any point the team wishes during the designated time block.
