About This Competition

Welcome to 2026 Far East Throwdown Online Qualifiers (Individual Division)!

1. Our official language is English. 

2. This Online Qualifiers is the gateway to the Far East Throwdown Finals. 

3. To participate in our event, you must pay the registration fee at the Far East Throwdown official website first. (An invitation email will be sent within 24 hours after the payment.)

4. Division

  • 35-39 (Athletes born between 1987 and 1991)

  • 40-49 (Athletes born between 1977 and 1986)

  • 50+ (Athletes born in or before 1976)

  • Age Verification
    All athletes must provide an official government-issued photo ID that clearly displays their full name and date of birth.
    Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

    • Passport

    • National ID card

    • Driver’s license


      Failure to submit valid age-verifying identification may result in disqualification or removal from the competition.

5. Make sure to download the Scorecard for all workouts and understand them before you perform.

6. All participants are required to thoroughly review and understand the rulebook.
