MF = Male/Female
MF doing DUs is facing MF doing BB OH Hold. If BB OH Breaks = Stop DUs.
Same flow for Burpee o. Line - Teams do not have to alternate who’s holding Overhead, however, this is the only thing that makes sense.
When done with Double Unders and Burpee o. Line, teams will proceed with no break to 3 rounds of Power Cleans. 1 Pair of MF must be synchronized, but teams can switch parters as they wish.
All 4 team members must be synchronized in the Hand Release Push-Ups.

3 People work the machines at the same time. When all are done and returned to start mat, 1 partner can proceed to the Devils Press. DB is placed on number 1 at 3-2-1 Go and after every 15 reps moved up one spot. 2-3-4 etc.
3A - 4 Rounds for time:

3B - For Weight:
1-Rep Max Snatch
TimeCap: 20min (Total)
One partner will be the Bar Muscle Up Partner. The judge must be told who’s the BMU Partner. This is the only partner that can do BMU thorughout the workout. Two partners must be in a Wall Facing Handstand Hold while Bar Muscle Ups (BMU) and Toes to Bar (TTB) are being completed. If one the two breaks, partner doing BMU or TTB must stop doing reps. When completed the remaining two partners will proceed to the wall and all four partners will do Wall Walks synchronized, proceeding to all four partners doing synchronized Burpee to Target. At 14:00, one pair of MF can start their 3 minute window to hit the heaviest 1-rep Snatch. 2 Barbells for each team (1x15kg, 1x20kg). Both Barbells can be used at the same time.

The team will complete Cal SkiErg, Sandbag Cleans and Thrusters at the same time and cannot move to the 5 rounds before all calories and reps are completed. A maximum of 3 people can workout at a time. One partner will do a Sandbag Clean and one partner will do KB Thrusters synchronized. The team can rotate partners as they wish.
All members will do Shuttle Runs synchronized. After 8 reps, they will proceed to DB H. Clean & Jerk. One man and woman will do reps with a 22.5 and 15kg dumbbell, respectively. One man and woman will do reps with a 15 and 10kg dumbbell, respectively.
Sandbag will be lifting from the floor to the tower, then pushed to the other side of the tower. There will be one 68kg and one 45kg sandbag. All partners of the team can be on the floor and placed on both sides of the tower. However, all partners does not have to do reps. The 68kg and 45kg sandbag will move synchronized.When finished with 30 reps for both sandbags the team must complete max reps Chest to Bar in the remaining time.

32 Synchro Burpees Over Bar (all 4)
24 Barbell Thrusters 50/35kg (Congo line)
16 Front Squat (Congo Line)
8 Rope Climbs / 8 Wall Walks (At the same time - 2 people working)
