The ARX Games Individual Competition is back and better than ever — and this year, we’re bringing big energy, grit, and a final event worthy of legends.
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or stepping into your first event, this is where you come to test your fitness, push your limits, and represent your box.
💥 Event Format
3 Guaranteed Events for every athlete
Final 4th Event for the Top 4 athletes in each division
Challenging but accessible workouts designed to test strength, skill, and heart
📋 Divisions
We’ve got a division for every level of athlete:
🔹 RX
For athletes with solid strength and movement capacity across all domains
Likely movements/weights:
Barbell cycling up to 135/95
Chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar, double-unders
Potential for handstand push-ups or moderate skill gymnastics
Deadlifts, cleans, thrusters up to 225/155 in low reps
🔹 Scaled
For athletes comfortable with the barbell but still developing higher-skill gymnastics
Likely movements/weights:
Barbell up to 95/65
Knee raises, single-unders
Dumbbell movements, box step-ups instead of jumps
🔹 Novice (1st-time competitors)
For anyone new to CrossFit-style competitions — low pressure, big fun
Likely movements/weights:
Barbell up to 65/45
No gymnastics or complex lifts
Step-ups, dumbbells, bike/rower-focused conditioning
🔹 Masters 35+ - Compete against your peers in RX versions of the workout
🔹 Masters 45+ - Compete against your peers in RX versions of the workout
🔹 Masters 55+ - Compete against your peers in SCALED versions of the workout
