About This Competition
1808's first ever Hyrox simulated event. Sunday October 12th. This will be a partner event: Teams of 2: male/male, female/female and male/female.
The event will begin at Noon with at least 4 teams going off in heats every 15-20 minutes and running until all teams have completed the event.
Heats and flow of the running and stations will be announced at least 3 days prior to the event.
