About This Competition

Annual CrossFit Green In house Competition- designed to be fun and inclusive for all levels. New format based Race day competition- 3 workout done over the course of 1 hour with a workout flow that can challange any athlete of any level. 

 

Wod 1 willl be a cardio challenge, into Wod two that has three movements and some gymnastics topped off with our Weight ladder. 15 minswork in each WOD 5 min transition. Flow through each Workout station and push your limits

Workouts

Bike 2 work Scheme.

Run 800m together

Bike 2000m

Run 800m together

Bike- GO!- max meters in remaining time

 

Scalling/ Movement modification must be pre approved with coaching team in advance.
 
 

Cidy style- 3 movements

Muscle up/ Pull up / Jumping pull up. 

1 muscle up =1rep

5 pull ups = 1 rep

10 jumping pull ups = 1 rep

7 Line facing burpees = 7 reps

9 Wall balls 14/10lbs = 9reps

score is total rounds and reps= 17 reps per round.

 

 

Clean ladder- Power Clean (from floor) (Dead Lift option once weight is too heavy to clean)

You and your partner try and move as much weight as possible.

Ascending weights. 45:30 work rest.

Male barbell: 30kg 40kg 50kg 60kg 70kg 80kg 90kg 100kg

Female barbell: 25kg 30kg 35kg 40kg 45kg 50kg 55kg 60kg

deadlifts will have a weighted score of 0.2. For every kilo lifted will be score at 20%. ie: 100 kg deadlift = 20kg weight to be added to your totall.
