About This Competition

🏋️ AUFT 11 – Back Home. Back to the Core.
This year marks the 11th edition of the Amman Ultimate Fitness Throwdown (AUFT), Jordan’s most iconic fitness competition.

After years of taking the competition to castles and unique venues, AUFT is returning to its roots ,back home to 962 Athletics & Sweifeh Village for a raw and authentic CrossFit experience.

📍 Location: 962 Athletics Box & Sweifeh Village P4 Parking, Amman

3 Events: Endurance • Lifting • Gymnastics
Partners of 2 (Male/Male, Female/Female)
Designed to test teamwork, fitness, and resilience across the three pillars of CrossFit.
