About This Competition
Let's dive into the details.
What:
A 3-piece workout formatted on a 40 minute running clock with built in rest.
The Trials operate on a running clock from 00:00 to 40:00. Once the clock has started all three parts of the Trials must be completed. Workouts cannot be completed as stand alone workouts.
When:
The workout will be released on Sunday, August 31st and you will have until Sunday, September 7th at 12pm to submit your scores.
Who:
Trials are for anyone interested in joining the TEAMLDN. roster. We are not looking for just elite athletes. We are looking for athletes ready to commit to themselves, their training and their sport. Anyone looking to compete on teams with or on TEAMLDN. teams.
Where:
You may complete your workout at any gym. If you are unable to complete it in your gym, we will be running an open door session on Saturday September 6th @ 11am.
Why:
Trials help us establish a metric to measure incoming athletes and assign them to the appropriate division.
Equipment:
You will need the access to the following:
- Rower
- Dumbbells 25lb/35lb 35lb/50lb
- Barbell and weights
- Jump rope
Orientation:
All athletes participating in the Trials are invited to attend the TEAMLDN. Academy orientation taking place on Sunday September 7th. Where information regartding the 2026 season will be provided and we will introduce participants to the Academy Coaches and training facility.
